I am a Diabetic Health Educator;

Taking this road after graduating from the Nursing School, King Abdul Aziz University, Jeddah

Studied Diabetes and all aspects related to it, from Diabetic Foot Care qualifications to Insulin and how to manage diabetes safely at home and/or anywhere outside the household to live a normal and happy life. 

 While embarking on this path in depth through practice ,I have come to the realisation and conclusion that Diabetes may be a gentetic disease but yet can be caused from external factors as well. 

That is where obtaining the Health & Wellness Qualifications/ Certificates came in as it opened more doors for normalising speaking  openly and freely regarding other aspects of Diabetes and its secondary factors related to it. such as; anxiety, depression and other mental and psyclogical problems.

The Nature of my job is being a coach to those needing guidance in reaching their goals from health aspects to mental  health reassurance. 

My clients are the experts of their own life. 

Together we talk about resilience and wellness , and motivate them to make their own plan(s). 

I am here to guide and support them along the way to reach their desired goal(s) at their own pace as well, so, NO PRESSURE! ;)
